Planned on cleaning my room yesterday (only because outside the veranda, it’s starting to look like a wasteland) and I ended up taking pictures of my toys instead.

(this one has lots’o pictures:)

If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m a pretty big toy dork.  :D   I’ve been collecting toys since January 2004, when Spider-man Classics (350/each at the time!  seriously!) went BOTO (Buy One, Take One) — a friend and I each picked the figs we liked, and split the bill.

I chose Manga Spider-man, only because it was released a year before, and the toy looked goofy.  :D

My collection’s not as complete as I’d like it to be, but hey, between my college allowance, tons of missed meals and the “extra”  money from all my previous jobs, it’s not so bad. :p

This is the first time I’m posting this anywhere, so —

marvel legends (toybiz) + spider-man classics + misc.

See that big-eyed, short red figure between Wolverine and Deadpool?  It all started with him.  I’m not a completist — I only bought the characters I liked — some of the action figures are in the bins of sin, only because I ran out of display space.

14

Batman stuff!  The Batmobile took me a month or two to save up for.  The 14″ Batman is pasalubong from my ninang, along with Superman Returns Ken-As-Superman doll.  (Long story, lulz!)

galactus + stikfas.

Galactus BAF!  Stikfas!  ID4 Alien-head/playset exchange gift with my bestfriend from elementary!  A Spongebob lunchbox!  (Went through a Spongebob phase lulz)

BAF + misc + Voltron.

Onslaught BAF, Mojo BAF, LCBH Marv, BLACK Hush Batman, Mutations Malebolgia, Total Chaos 2 Smuggler and Voltron Jollibee Kid’s Meal.  Notice the dust?  See?  I never got ’round to cleaning!

BAF apocalypse.

Apocalypse BAF — this is the first edition because of 1.) no tube on left arm 2.) weak left leg.  :D

BAF sentinel + MODOK head.

Sentinel BAF and M.O.D.O.K. BAF’s head.  My favorite BAF of-all-time, guarding the air conditioner.

cali sign.

This Cali bar light isn’t exactly a toy, but it’s pretty awesome and it’s been part of my room … since forever.  From my cousin.

bins of sin.

The bins of sin — if it isn’t displayed, it’s prolly here.  Left bin: DC stuff.  Right bin: Marvel stuff  + misc.  I stopped buying Mattel’s DC stuff when prices started hitting *gasp* 700+/figure.  I got my second Zipline Batman at 400 pesos, back in 2004.

TF + corgi batmobiles + microman batman.

TF!  Corgi Batmobiles!  Microman Batman!  Accessories and whatnot!  I ran out of display space for the TF boys.

packaged.

Packaged stuff.  I generally open my toys, releasing them from their cardboard imprisonment — here are the few ones that I thought I could sell before and just didn’t get ’round to doing it.  ‘Cept for Grimlock, that’s just his box.  In the plastic bag?  The Astro Boy kiddie meal toys!

TFA + mysterious artifact.

The two TFA toys that I have + the mysterious artifact.  :O

TF!

All my toys are pretty special to me, and here are the more special ones.

It’s pretty sad that in 12 pictures, you could see almost EVERYTHING in my collection.  As part of my “MORE 2010″ resolution, I think I see myself getting more plastic happiness next year.  :D
